Catalog Release Party - Pics

I had my big Fall/Winter CTMH Idea Book Release Party on Friday. It was a total blast - and 19 people came! Whoohoo! I thought I would post pictures of how I had everything set up so those that couldn't make it could have a "virtual" party experience. =)

Here's the living room. On the coffee table was a silent auction set up. There were 10 items, and people could place bids on the paper for these items. The silent auction closed at 8, but some items reached their full bids earlier than that.

A display of my art and a swatch book of all of CTMH's current papers. My mantle, with new artwork and the Reflections book.
Closer view of the silent auction table. The flowers are actually pens.
One of my table displays. This one had a new consultant kit, Christmas card workshop signups (examples on the boards along the wall), and scrapbook class workshop signups. The new consultant kit - just $99!!
Two of my Christmas Card Workshops displayed and sign up sheet. Sept's Scrapbook Class example and sign up sheet. I also had Oct and Nov displayed.
My Operation Smile Layout - we raised over $40 for OS at this event!!!
The other display table.

Just Because Card Kit/Friendship Stamps display. I'll be having a brunch next Saturday for those who purchased the card kit or the Just Because stamps. Sept. Card Class display.
Live Auction table. I had 15 items for the live auction. People could preview them here. Most of these items are in the front, with fun things to look at in the back (New Stamp Pad Organizer, Cherish and Imagine book, Memory Keeper Box, and Sammie layout were not auction items).
The make and take card. I had this set up in stations downstairs in my craft studio.
The simple, but yummy treats. Cookies, brownies, coffee and water. I always tend to make the mistake of serving too much food. So this year I went VERY simple and it worked out great! YUM!
I hope you enjoyed this quick tour! Please let me know if you have any questions about anything. It was a great night and we had such a wonderful time.

Wow Nona, great job. How did you get the new consultant kit, or did you just put in the product that you had to show them? I loved your auction ideas! Thanks for showing us!

I can see why you are so successful! This is a fantastic set up. When do you find time to get all that stuff done? Almost...almost made me want to sign up again just so I could do what you did. Almost. Ü

I've recently discovered your blog and am enjoying it very much.

Everything looks great, Nona. I really appreciate you taking the time to photograph and post these pics. This way, other Consultants can get ideas on how to set up for a successful Open House. Great job and congrats!

WOW! I am so impressed with your beautiful artwork and innovative ideas! I've never thought of having a silent auction.

I would love to take a peak inside your CTMH Swatch Book. Did you use the papers at the 6x6 size or cut them down? How are they arranged in the book, etc? Details please.
