I had to lift them! And, what makes my cards extra special (in my book) is that these cupcake stamps had previously never seen ink! YAY! (They were an impulse purchase after seeing some amazing cupcake art by Sparkle).
I did add some texture to the white background of the card using my Cuttlebug - but I forced myself to use templates other than my favorite Swiss Dots. Some of these had also never been used before. Double YAY!
So here's the challenge. Using your "collector's items" (aka - stuff that you purchased on a whim, or that you've been "saving" for the perfect time, or stamps that have yet to see ink) create a card or layout. Post it to your blog or favorite board, along with a description of the items just now being used. Make sure to leave a comment here directing us to your post!
On Friday afternoon, I'll randomly select a winner from all the participants to get a handmade goodie from me. =) Happy Crafting!

(Supplies: Stampendous "Hey Cupcake" clear stamps, CTMH White Daisy, Goldrush, Orchid Bouquet, Pink Carnation and Breeze CS and markers. CTMH Black ink, 3d foam.)
ps... I just finished my latest knitting project - a snazzy scarf using this incredible yarn! It's about 3" wide and 9' long! Too bad I have to wait for cooler weather to wear it. If I can find some fun Lime Green yarn to match, I may add some fringe to the ends. I think that would be pretty cute.

Oh my Nona! I love your cards. Funny thing is that I actually have that same stamp set and think I have only used it once. I just may have to "re-lift" the cards and make some with my cupcake set!! LOL!
Lisa - that's TOO funny!
Great cards. I love the white background, especially since it is embossed. It adds a great touch!
These are awesome, Nona! Well done! :)
Hi again. I pulled out my Cupcake Set and made a birthday card. (Thanks for reminding me that I had that set! LOL!) Here is the link to my card: http://lisascreativecorner.blogspot.com/2008/05/its-my-birthday.html
I also added your challenge to my blog along with an additional challenge from me. I hope you don't mind. *Ü*
Thanks for giving me a reason to ink up my coffee stamps!
