Something New...

It's always fun to try new things, and this weekend I delved into something *brand* new - Digital Scrapbooking!!! Oh My Goodness. What a fun, fun - and addictive - new hobby.

Here are two of the pages I've done. They are for our adoption profile that our agency will show to potential birth moms. The downloads are from my favorite new digi store - www.theshabbyshoppe.com. One of the pages is from a pre-made album, and the other is one I made using matching digital elements from a paper kit. I love the look of these digital pages, and how easy they are to put together.

Don't worry - I won't be leaving *real* paper behind. After all, my favorite scrapping manufacturer (CTMH) doesn't have a digital presence yet - beyond the fonts used on these pages. =) That and real paper, inks, stamps, and photographs are too much fun to neglect.

How beautiful, Nona! You're doing a wonderful job. I love this kit and it's showcasing your photos very nicely. Have fun putting your album together and I hope you post more pages.

Looks really good Nona! I've done a little bit of digi scrapping myself and I have to say, it's kind of fun and slightly addicting! LOL I agree with you though that nothing can ever take the place of stamps, paper and embellishments. TFS

Beautiful pages, Nona...

Watch out! It's highly addictive... LOL! Check out JessicaSprague.com You won't be dissappointed and you might just venture further into the dark side... hahaha! :) Jessica has a FREE digi class that's open registration right now and will be running in October. I've taken several classes from her and loved every minute of them!
