I'm still working on catching up on Sammie's 2008 scrapbooks, but was able to whip out this page in just 25 min with the help of ACDSee!!! I'm still loving this program to pieces, and the fact that it is so easy to mix and match my digi supplies. :)
I was also inspired by the silly mastercard commercials. Click on the photo to see the page enlarged.

Great layout, Nona! Sammie looks like she is having so much fun. Love how kids can entertain themselves with simple things in life.
What a fantastic layout, Nona! Sammie looks like she is having a fabulous time. I love their creativity and imagination. Just goes to prove we don't need to spend oodles on them for them to be happy, right?
I agree, priceless!
Did you hear about the new community called Crochet Soiree? Kinda like Ravelry...for Crocheters. Just launched this week....
What a fabulous layout. I love the smile on Sammie's face and your journaling.
She is darling and so is the layout. What a beautiful history this little girl is going to have as she grows up and can really appreciate it. She is lucky to have a conscientious mommy who loves her enough to do beautiful things for her. BTW, I was sad to read that you were unable to motivate a policy change with CTMH but was so proud of you for sharing your feelings and doing it in such a positive way about something you felt strongly about. I will miss your workshop instructions!
Awesome LO!!! Sammie is having a BLAST and it shows. Kids love the darndest things, and it makes me smile!
Beautiful layout and little girl!
Nona, your layout looks fabulous! I love being able to mix and match too, it makes your kits so much more versatile! You are doing a wonderful job with your digi-scrapping! You've got great photos, so that helps, too! :-) Looks like a fun day. TFS
