So, here's a little update on what's been happening in the Davenport household.
In mid-June we went to Cannon Beach, Oregon for our annual summer vacation with our family. The weather was a little iffy, but we had a great time indoors doing puzzles, reading, and knitting on the rainy days, and playing on the beach when we caught the sun breaks.
The day after we returned home, I had my first market of the season. It felt great to see the other vendors and repeat customers again, and meet new ones too! Here's what my booth looked like:
For the 4th of July, we had the baby and a potty training toddler, so we stuck close to home. I had fun playing with the long exposure settings on my camera while we all took a turn with the sparklers. After getting such a cool shot, I decided to make this one into an anniversary card for my sweetie.
The rest of July was a blur of the daily grind - mommy, wife, chauffeur, cook, maid, etc. And of course I was busy knitting and sewing for market, and designing new patterns. (I'll share more about my new patterns in the next few days).
Of course during all of that time, Hosea has been growing, and growing, and growing! He's almost 5 months old already! I can't even believe how fast the time has gone by. Here's a few of my favorite shots of him, taken in the last few weeks...

LOVE the sparkler pic....just beautiful. Kid pictures are the best......especially when babies are in them. We are just home from Yachats, Oregon and the beaches there sure are beautiful.
Great pics! Thanks for sharing.
