First, let me thank you for all the lovely and kind thoughts, prayers, and encouraging words. We are doing okay, and once again trusting God to reveal His plan to us.
Secondly.. today is National Knit in Public day! Hopefully the sun will come out, and I can find a cozy spot to sit and knit this afternoon - say at Starbucks or another fun place. Knitting is one of my most favorite activities, and it is relaxing and even soothing to a weary soul. It will (and has been) good medicine for me these last few days.
Another note, in keeping with the knitting... Did I mention that I taught Dave to knit while on our trip to Minnesota? Yup! And do you know what he said??? "This is SO fun! I think I like this even BETTER than scrapbooking!" :D Have I mentioned how much I love my husband?!?

I'm glad to hear that you are doing OK or as well as can be expected. Sweet photos of Dave. The love and faith the two of you share gets you through the tough times and will make for many, many beautiful moments in the future. Enjoy "Nat'l Knit in Public Day!"
I'm glad that you are all coping. Your faith is amazing Nona and it is what will bring you through.
Love the pictures of Dave. You really have a very special guy in him.
Have fun with your National knit in public day. Sounds like fun.
Gryphon knits too! He's got two scarves done. He's a lot faster than I am. :-)
I'm so glad to hear that you and Dave are doing ok. We'll keep you guys lifted in prayer!
And excuse me, but, how cute is your hubby?! LOL! I LOVE that he does all these crafty things with you, it's so cute!
Wishing you both a great weekend!
Yay for Dave! What an amazing man.
I'm glad to hear from you and know that your faith, and having each other, will pull you through to the happier days ahead.
Hi Nona,
I'm glad to see you posting and so glad to hear that you're doing okay and trusting in Him. I've been praying for you and your family...
How fun that you and Dave can now knit together. He looks real happy, too.
National Knit in Public Day...and no body told me! Hope you find the 'perfect' spot to relax and get some knitting done!
Hugs,
Barb
I'm relieved to hear you are hanging in there. Thank you for the update.
How cute is Dave??? That's great that he gets interested in your passions, too. What a guy.
I didn't knit yesterday, but I did crochet...does that count? LOL
Hugs to you and will be keeping you in my thoughts.
Nona, Dave looks totally into what he is doing. My hubby wouldn't think of knitting or crocheting etc. He has been known to help pick colors and ideas for cards or scrapbooks, but that is it. Love you Nona and are praying for you daily. HUGS!!
Sorry I forgot another thing. I have another present for you on my blog....and thanks!!!
